Noob Isle problem

<p>If a person started new to this game and went good side just as your toon is entered into the game on Queens Colony</p><p>there is a NPC a Burgo named Kozgo Kogo if you talk to him and say yes he ports you to Fens.</p><p>Now I understand this was for a Fan Faire thing but he needs to be removed as I know if I just started the game and got ported to Fens I would think this game sucked.</p>

<p>Did you /bug this in-game? I know it's been reported before, and I think the devs are looking at how this NPC gets spawned (he shouldn't be) so they can fix it. Proper bug reports help keep the issue in the queue so nobody forgets about it.</p>
