old launchpad download?

<p>I'm trying to have my rl friend play with me, he enjoys the game but with the new current launchpad he has to d/l a 5-10 min zone file everytime we do something he hasn't done, his eq2 folder is only about 4gbs which means the bad stuff hasn't even started yet.</p><p>Can he get the old launcher that downloads all the files and not download them when you actually need them when your zoning</p>

<p>I'd like to know the same.  Just got a new computer and having to wait up to 30 minutes per zone is a bit rediculous and not fair on my groups.</p>

<p>i downloaded the entire game like a day before my buddy started playing, but still we need the link thank you... its really unreasonable to expect people to have to wait 10-20mins every zone because you think its faster that way</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I would advise using the station launcher, available here:</p><p><a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://launcher.station.sony.com/</a></p><p>It is not the streaming version you're referring to and it will download the entire game up front.  That will eliminate the download time when zoning.</p>
