As all the Freeport hoods are, Stonestair is a bit on the dingy side. We're fairly certain that there is no cleaning crew. There is a certain amount of amusement to be had when you first see the inhabitants of this hood. It seems the erudites and kerrans just can't get away from each other. Sadly enough, no fights broke out while we were exploring.
