View Full Version : Login issue, "Active account required" and "Invalid username or password" error.

<p>My account was working fine a month ago or so, but now when I try to log in I get an error.</p><p>When trying to login from station.com I get an error saying my username or password is invalid.</p><p>Or when trying to login from station launcher I get an error saying "We're sorry, but your login attempt has failed: Active account required."</p><p>I tried to reset my password, but it did not work. Never got any email.</p><p>Thanks in advance for your help.</p>

Also if it is the same email, then check the spam filter location, some providers spam filters are a little over zealous.</p><p>Another thing to think of - there might have been an issue with your payment method, check your account and your payment method to see if the payment actual processed</p>

I was going to pay subscription to Everquest 2 and that's why I posted this here.</p>
