Question regarding racial and character advancement

<p>I noticed that once you hit certain levels 10, 20, etc you get racial and character points to allocate.  Once you have placed them, are you stuck with them for ever?  Or can you go back and change them at a later date?</p>

<p>Yes and No.</p><p>It will get more expensive to do that with every reset, but it will get cheaper again if you didn't reset for a specific time.</p><p>At least I think so <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>While you are at the NPC, make sure you pick up your 2 'card decks', which allow 5 free changes to your class and type choices.</p>
