<p>I keep getting this error :</p><p>There was a problem moving C:Program FilesSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_tempEverQuest2.exe_delta_8429_286.patched to C:Program FilesSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIEverQuest2.exe. Please try again. If the problem persists use the Help menu above for more info and help.</p><p>I looked through the forums and followed the run as administrator instructions and it is still failing to patch.</p>

<p>Well, my husband finally fixed it last night. No idea at all what he did beside reboot the computer. And if that fixed it well woohoo! I hope any future problems are that easily fixed! Sorry I couln't be of much help, but maybe rebooting did set the settings in place completely.</p>

Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"</p>
