Freezing at Caching Appearances

<p>After the update this morning 11/11/09. Whenever I log in game, it freezes at caching appearances and will stay there for anywhere between 5 and 45 min. before actually logging into the game... Any thoughts?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Try deleting the 'cache' folder out of your EQ2 directory as a first step.  If it persists at that point then you might want to provide some additional information about your computer.</p>

<p>I'm having the exact same problem.  Deleting the Cache folder did nothing.  HP, Windows XP, AMD64 Dual Core 4600, 2GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE</p>

<p>Ok  , same thing, cannot get past the little dragon thing, caching apperences. Running and Hp, 2.8 intel, 2 gigs, 1gig Nvidea Geforce 9500gt. Windows 7 64, this is not fun.</p>
