I have recently downloaded the compilation I bought last week. The download went smoothly with no errors. I am working on vista. When I tried to login, there was no error but it keeps telling me, "trying login server #1,2,3..." I have turned off all of the firewalls, anti-viruses, UAC, I went under properties and changed the compatibility to Windows XP (SP2), and I run the program as an administrator. My internet connection is connected directly to the modem and works on my brothers laptop. Any thoughts about what the problem may be will be beneficial, thanks.

Greetings,The issue you're reporting is almost always a firewall issue. If you are not using a firewall and have already bypassed the router then we will probably need more information in order to proceed. Certain firewalls will maintain their current level of protection even after being disabled. Zone alarm is one of the worst offenders and can stay at a high level of protection even after an uninstall.

I don't see anything that really stands out in your connection tests. There is one jump that shows packet loss, but that isn't uncommon and doesn't necessarily mean it is blocking normal connections.I see you mention disabling firewalls and antiviruses. Which ones are you using on that computer, though? Certain programs will maintain a high level of protection even when disabled. Some major offenders include zone alarm and the recent versions of AVG.
