Did Sonic Punch lose its Teli?

No it did not loose the teli.. But sometimes when you use it you dont teleport, its a matter of loS..

If the game engine can not easily drawn a straight line from your feet to the mob's feet then the teleport will not occur. You'll usually still get on the hate list though. Even something as simple as bumpy terrain may cause this to occur. On a side note, the game engine determines whether something aggro's you based on this same mechanic. That's why you'll see something as simple as a 2 foot high barrier that you can jump over will prevent epic mobs from aggro'ing on you. (Maestro in SoH is a good example of this.)
