Updater wont finish. Gets stuck on plc4.dll.gz

<p>I reinstalled EQ last night, and when I try updating, I get this error</p><p><span >There was a problem decompressing the file C:Program FilesSonyEverquest IIlp_tempplc4.dll.gz. Please try again. If the problem persists use the help menu above for more info and  help</span></p><p>I have no idea what to do.</p>

<p><span ><p>Greetings,</p><p>Please try these steps and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue:</p><p>1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"</p><p>If the problem persists at that point then you might want to delete the file it is referring to.  Keep in mind that the .gz wont be at the end of the file.  So the plc4.dll.gz should already exist in the directory with the name plc4.dll.  Let me know if the problem persists at that point.</p></span></p>

If the problem persists use the help menu above for more info and  help</span></p><p><span>I figured I forgot to set the launcher to run as administrator so I checked it and sure enough, I hadn't.  So I set it to run as administrator and checked the compatibility box to work for windows xp service pack 3 just incase.  I ran the launcher and now it's wanting to do the download allover again from the start.  I have no clue what to do.</span></p>
