<p>Imbued Mastercrafted is usually the best and easiest to obtain at each tier until Raincaller. There are few better bows scattered about different tiers but IMO are not worth really trying to get since you level through so fast.</p>

<p>There is a quested bow out of stormhold that was pretty good, think was level 29.. stormfire or something like that.  Also the Sootfoot bow that you get from doing all of the sootfoot quests in lavastorm is probably as good if not better then raincaller, and definatly easier to obtain.</p>

<p>Yes, I realize that raincaller is required, but it is a lot more work to get, and if they just started playing last night then it is unlikely that they know enough people that would be willing to help, although that could very easily change by the time they are of a level to use it.</p>
