If the problem persists use the help menu above for more info and help

Im on a new Alienware PC running win7

I cant eve find that file so Im guessing the launcher cant either. I have tried run as admin/win xp service pack 2/even security settings all set to open. No joy.

HELP

nevermind im using the alternate download and it appears to be working

Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"

If the problem persists at that point hen y ou might want to delete the file it is referring to. Keep in mind that the .gz wont be at the end of the file. So the plc4.dll.gz should already exist in the directory with the name plc4.dll. Let me know if the problem persists at that point.
