fire runed robe of summoning bug ?

<p>the discription reads</p><p>on a successfull spell attack this has a chance to cast magma strike, witch is a 699 to 855 heat damage damage proc</p><p> then the other effect is blazing conjurations for pets extra damage and other stat increases for pet .</p><p>the robe isnt procing for me, it seems to be only proc for my pet , is that how its suposed to work and the discription is wrong  on the examin window or is the discription right and its bugged?</p>

<p>It should proc for you also. If you are certain it's not procing for you, check to see if you're wearing any other equipment with procs that might be interfering with it. I tested it locally and it's all working properly for me (I was wearing no other equipment at the time).</p>

<p>i must be unlucky then, dismissed my pet and killed 3 mobs and it didnt show on the parse once. will test it again tonight</p>
