woww that was really impressive, well done. I've fought you a few times and you are really good, but I nvr knew you were that good. I don't understand, do you use a 3rd party program or something to keep your target ALWAYS dead center in your screen? That, and the hotbar thing you do, its crazy how many things you seem to be doing at once. I know whenever I pop my impenetrable will or my myth you are out of melee range before I can even get a CA off. I just don't see how your reading my buff bar, moving your camera, flipping hotbars, and firing off CAs all at once... enlighten me please

lol na to 3rd party programs, my setup is different because I don't use any of the auto features (auto face or camera) so I need them n the middle to land my auto attacks. It's alot harder to use my setup but once you get use to it it's very effective with movement in pvp.

Any tips on how to deal with rangers (seems to be my current newbie monk nemesis)? How are bards?

So many debuffs on and so cure pots + self may not remove snares etc. Arrows or what ever really hurt.

I expect casters to only have a few for rooting/snaring the would be easier to remove, but when you have like 4 trauma, 4 poison, elemental, etc on you it's insane.

I would think that having auto face enemy would be an advantage to keep your back off of scouts. You seem to have it set up like an arcade game always jumping / moving around while we see your back.

Viewing it a bit more...how in the hell are you moving so fast at 5:05? Is that for real or just fancy video editing?

Dirges are an easy kill, troubadours you have to fight like rangers.

Troubadours and rangers (and a few other scouts who know what they are doing) will actually try and kite you, and therefore need to be fought in much the same manner. The trick to remember is that no matter what you, when you are fighting a scout you WILL be snared and debuffed through through the roof, there is not much you can do about that. The thing you need to do is find a way that prevents them from kiting you, and that means breaking their line of site such that if they want to do any damage you they will have to be in melee range. The key to remember is that you will never catch up to them if you are just running straight at them.

This means you really need to pay attention to where you are fighting and what you can use to break LoS. This can be anything - a corner, a rock, a griffin post, a tree, etc. Unfortunately this means you often end up with a stalemate where the scout won't enter melee range for you to attack them, and you won't let the scout start attacking from range. who ever gets the advantage and can get their opponent where they want to will usually be the winner.

yeah I pretty much figured I just had to stay out of sight. I was fighting near a high rock but I don't think well under pressure. I have said before I just don't have the same reaction to FPS "pvp" than this MMOG PVP, especially vs scouts where it happens so fast and I am shaking trying to control myself so I can react with ease.

Once he got into range and I think I brought him down fast but he backed up enough. Shurikens just don't do enough damage to be really effective...
