How do I tell spells from combat arts?

<p>I know that Intelligence adds to spell damage, and Strength adds to combat art damage. Is the effective breakdown identical to the breakdown in the knowledge book? (That is, does everything on the Combat Arts page benefit from Strength and not from Intelligence? Some of them--Ancient Wrath, for one--seem like they really ought to be considered spells.)</p>
