Probem with log-in

<p>Hey guys...this might be a silly question...but never had this problem.  I went to log in ... typed in my username and password and it came back "invalid username or password".  I made sure caps were off...everything was typed in right... still nothing.  Then I tried to type in my boyfriend's username and password...came back with same error message!?!  I'm not computer savy... help!</p>

<p>     Thanks for the reply!  I checked to make sure no spaces....etc....and my boyfriend was able to log on to my account just fine.  I tried resetting the router and computer...no luck.  I'll contact SOE tomorrow when home from work!</p><p>Thanks!</p><p>Jordy</p>
