Racial Bonuses

<p>I know race doesn't matter a whole lot anymore in this game, but it does still matter to a degree, at least as far as the early game goes. With that in mind, which race provides the best benefit for a SK stat or skill-wise?</p><p>I'm more or less a newbie to this game still, I played last year for a month and hadn't touched it since, just bought another month and am going to re-roll my toon (only got my current guy to lvl 5).</p>

<p>Don't stress it.</p><p>No race has any benefit good enough to worry about it. Go with something you like the look of. You will have to stare at that character for a very long time.</p>

<p>eq2.wikia.com</p><p>Have to agre with Melina though... since the reset... racial bonuses really don't mean much, even in early game.I have a Troll SK/Prov (in 30s for both tradeskill & adventure), put his racials into tradeskilling and, to be honest, there's no real differance between him and any other low level Shadowknight. Well, aside from the Troll innate ability to have a higher out of combat health regen, that is.As a comparrison, I have a 'mage package' High Elf Necro... her stat bonuses are nice... but... aside from a slightly faster kill and higher parse... it isn't a big deal, and I'd rather have my extra attack back. (My Half Elves in thier 'well rounded' features also want thier debuff back... 'well rounded me... anyways...) Maybe hardcore raiders or PvPer's have a different opinion, and I am admitadly neither.If you look at the evil fighter packaged races from Lethe's list... they're all big and bulky... nothing like trying to lead a group through some of the older zones when your constantly slamming your head into the cealing. (Who built Stormhold...
