30 day Game-Card problem

<p>Just inputed a 30day time card today onto my account and it wont let me play EQ2, ut on my account it said my account is active and whenever i try and login it just cycles through the login servers.</p><p>Just wanted to find out If there is a time delay before I can log into EQ2 or perhaps I didn't do it correctly.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It sounds like a firewall is blocking the game.  Open the exception list for your firewall and delete any entries for Everquest 2, EQ2, or Launchpad.  Then restart the client and select 'allow' whenever prompted.  If the problem persists at that point then please power cycle your modem and restart your computer.</p>
