Launcher Problem

<p>I just got a new computer that is 64 bit and I have windows 7 on it. I installed the game and launcher and when the launcher goes to update is says :</p><p>There was a problem moving C:Program FilesEverQuest 2Serverlp_tempEQ2VoiceService.exe_delta_8174_3.pat ched to C:Program FilesEverQuest 2ServerEQ2VoiceService.exe. Please try again. If the problem persists use the Help menu above for more info and help.</p><p>I have no clue what that means. When I hade the game and launcher installed on my other computer that is 32 bit with vista on it I had no problem.</p>

<p>Well I was able to get it to work and I am able to play now, but I don't know why it said that.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Generally that error means that the launchpad did not have a sufficient level of access to modify the file.  Running as an administrator will usually correct the problem.  I'm guessing that's what you did to resolve the issue?  Either way, I'm glad you were able to get it corrected.  Let us know if you need any further assistance.</p>
