Test still down

Its almost 4pm EST now. Still getting Server Locked at char select screen. Any red names that can cast some light on this plz ? Or an ETA maybe plz ? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>Heck, it's almost 1pm now PDT and ... all RED text showing servers are down! The pain, the horror. I have read all my tech articles for the day, I need to kill something. Fast!</p><p><img src="/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" /></p><p>Plus, Mittsie feels like playing too and lately she hasn't so this is really, really critical. Someone res the mice in the Test Server power wheel, or whatever needs to me done.</p>
