There is a bug with the test_copy add command that has really messed up my account. The specifics of the problem are too much to fit in a bug report so I am posting the bug here.Awhile back I copied Almee to Test Copy. She was there for awhile and then I guess you wiped the server because when I tried to log her on, to help out with a test copy raid she was no longer there.I copied her again and she came up on my list of toons as she was supposed to. I logged her on to make sure she was working and then tried to switch back to Almee on Test. The game crashed so I started the game again and selected Almee - Test from the character select menu. The game crashed again with this notice:There was a technical difficulty loading your character. Please log in to another character and submit a customer service ticket for assistance by using the /petition command and selecting the Stuck Character category.Since the problem occurred from me trying to copy Almee over to Test Copy I decided to try deleting her from Test Copy so there wouldn't be a conflict and then try again before submitting a customer service ticket.I deleted Almee on Test Copy and then restarted the game. When I tried to log on Almee I got the same technical difficulty notice and the game crashed again.It occurred to me that I might have to give the game time to update my account so I waited about a half hour before trying again. I restarted the game again and still got the notice.I logged on Shadee and submitted the custoer service ticket as directed. It was bumped up the food chain and I eventually got a notice that the GM noticed I had been able to log on Shadee, about 40 minutes after filing my service ticket, and thus the problem had resolved itself <sigh>. Just to be on the safe side the GM moved Shadee (an evil aligned toon) to Qyenos Harbor.None of this helped straighten out the mess with Almee. I can only assume no one actually read the service ticket information I had submitted as all it talked about was the problems I was having trying to log in Almee.So as of 11:44 am edt, Monday, I still can't log on Almee. What's worse, I also copied over Elizza on my second account so I am going to have the same problem with her.I don't know what the bug is that is corrupting my accounts when I try to copy over a toon to Test Copy. I plan to delete test_copy Elizza immediately from the character select screen before trying to log test Elizza on. I would hate to lose the main on my second account too.I hope you all can get this issue resolved soon. I would like to help out with the test raids on Test Copy and I can only do that if I can copy over a toon as all my slots were filled long before Test Copy came into being. I would also like to be able to play Almee again ASAP as she has a ton of stuff to hand out to my other toons so they can go out and adventure.

It is now 2:34 pm, on Monday, and my problem still hasn't been resolved. It would seem, from a review of my messages to SoE, that either English isn't the primary language of the GMs or they aren't reading the messages I write. The character I can't log on is Almee. When I try to log her on I get the message: There was a technical difficulty loading your character. I see that the last save on this character was about 40 minutes after this ticket was created, so the issue might have already resolved itself. Well it is now 5pm, edt, and still no progress on getting Almee logged in. This truly sucks.

From what you wrote in the followup part, its not really clear that its the TEST version of Almee that is the problem, not the TESTCOPY one.. perhaps try again but forget the whole part about copying her and just indicate that you can't log into her. You can always explain the test_copy part once you get hold of someone in person... (and yes, I think perhaps they aren't reading all the way back to your original petition)

Yippee!!! She's back. Dang that was scary. Guess I won't be trying to copy over any more characters to test copy any time soon.
