Okay so my mouse came with a program that remaps the buttons, the mouse is the Logitech Revolution for reference, and I have changed my two mouse buttons on the side to two different modifers(ctrl/alt). But while I'm in game, EQ2 just decides this never happened and click the alt mouse button and say "r" for an "alt+r" keybind..it just spams the "r" keybind.

Other games, such as CS/WoW/LoL all regonize these buttons as Alt and Ctrl so I know its not the mouse nor the program, but its Everquest just deciding that these buttons are not Alt nor Ctrl.

Anyone else had this issue and might know an answer?

Greetings,

Did the program let you assign the mouse buttons to left/right ctrl/alt, or just as control or alt? That could be part of the problem. Also, what drivers are you using for that mouse? Are you using the ones that came with the mouse or have you downloaded the most recent version from logitech's website?

I checked and the Alt and Ctrl are both for left and right, thats not the problem...and I checked the driver software and thats not the problem. It has to be somthing in EQ2, cause like I mentioned it works perfectly with every other game I play.
