Client Crash on Fullscreen

<p>Hiya just got EQ2 reinstalled since my comp crashed, but I can't seem to get the game in fullscreen.  The monitor refresh rate on my videocard is set to 60hz (1440x900) and so is the fullscreen setting for EQ2, yet everytime I alt+enter; the game works for a second while FS, then crashes to desktop.</p><p>I have no idea why this keeps happening, but if I just make the windowed size as big as my monitor, the game works just fine.  Any ideas?</p>
