<p>I don't have any other Sony account, and when trying to enter my card info for a new account, it says the information for the card is already on file with another account. Can't call support because the number is for M-F.</p>

<p>Ack... Sadly, something like this is better handled over the phone or through live chat. </p><p>Do you happen to have any other SOE game in the past that you may have it assigned to?</p>

The system saying your card is already on file usually means that the country/currency code on your account does not match the card's info.
