Game crashes as I attempt to log in

<p>I have been having a problem with logging into the game.  After clicking play, I begin to log in as normal, however I continue to get an error message from windows saying that a problem has occured and the program needs to close.</p><p>My charecter is in a guild hall at the moment during a RP even in the Maidens Fancy on the AB server.</p><p>What additional information do I need to provide inorder for some one to figure out whats happening?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Are you logging in directly to a character by using the quick-launch or are you logging into the character select?  If you're trying to log in using the quick-launch, can you try to access the in-game character select?  If it's only happening to your character in the guild hall then it could be a standard memory crash.  Try lowering your graphics settings from the character select screen to see if that allows you in.</p>
