How do I move to a new computer?

<p>What is the best way to move to a new computer and still have all my settings (hotbars etc.).  I recall in EQ1 that there was one file I had to copy over for that purpose. Is there something similar in EQ2?</p>

<p>I copy my entire Sony folder so I don't have to reinstall everything but you can move just your UI file if you want.</p><p>For example: Unrest_Gage_EQ2_Uisettings or whatever.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>If you have a way to do so then you can actually copy the entire Everquest 2 folder over to the new computer.  If you would like to transfer just the settings files(hotbars/UI/etc), then here a list of those files:</p><p>eq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exeeq2.ini As well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.ini</p><p>Let us know if you have any questions.</p>
