I had to let my account expire then resign up without the station access. That is how CS had me do it, they told me you can't cancel Station Access just remove payment method and then once it is expired re-up with your payment method for the basic access.

Seems silly they can't do something that simple but I think they hope people will stay on Station Access rather than deal with their method ... sounds like Sony eeking more money out of people to me.

I cant even remove my payment source other wise thats the way i would have gone too my details are outdated becuase my card was stolen and was cancelled so i'm not sure whats going on tbh.

Greetings,

If you cancel station access then it will not let you subscribe for a regular subscription until the station access time expires. Once the time expires it will allow you to remove/modify the credit card info as well. Our system does not allow you to remove a credit card that is currently associated with a subscription. I believe this is being changed in the near future, though.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the answer the problem is though even though my card has been cancelled by my bank it has still (somehow) resubbed for the next 31 days the last time i looked at my account i had nonrecurring time left on it so i assumed that it would just wind down becuase as i said there was no way of cancelling it or even removing my card details indeed only in the last few days i have got back my new card so with the hassle of the last few days sorting my sub out hasnt been top of my list of things to do.

The easiest way to cancel would be through the station.com website. Click 'My Account' at the top of the page, sign in, and then select the 'Subscription Info' button. On the following page you should have the option to cancel your subscription.

If you're having trouble then feel free to PM me with your account information and I'll do what I can from this end.

PM sent Daniel,

The only cancel option on the sub info page takes me right back to the main page showing all info for my account..

Hope you can sort it and address my other concern that i've contained in my PM.

Cheers
