Characters deleted after update?

<p>After the 10/20 update to the Butcherblock server my two toons on that server seem to have been deleted.  They dont show up in launcher and if i sign on to a toon i have a different server i cant /camp <name> to them either also it gives me the option to create new characters even though i shouldn't have the room on my account to do so.  Any ideas as to why this is?</p>

<p>Isn't the serves still down? If shows 12:00 Noon PDT on the announcement, it is only 09:45 pacific currently</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Nagafen, Lucan, and Butcherblock are still down.  If your characters are on one of those servers then they will not display correctly at this time.  Once the servers become available you should be able to access all of your characters again.  Let us know if that is not the case.</p>
