Two of my characters have disappeared...

<p>I currently have five characters on Venekor, two on Nagafen.  My two Nagafen characters have disappeared out of my character select option and have been replaced with a "Create Character" option.  I have not deleted them.  Their names are Dalisca and Astaja.</p><p>Where are my characters?  Will they return?</p><p>Thank you very much!</p>

<p>It's a glitch... it happens sometimes. Every so often I'llget it where I can only choose 4 of my 12. With Naggy being down, it  could be why your toons disappeared. I'm sure if you log out and back in after the servers are up, everything will be fine. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>As mentioned above, this is happening because those servers are currently down.  The characters should reappear once the servers are available again.</p>
