audio disconnection

I have a lot of disconnections, a message appear indicating that i'm log with another character, but i have only one eq2 window opened, and no launcher.</p><p>So i don't know if other personns have this issue ? my configuration is Win VISTA family edition, 32 bit, SP2</p><p>I have a realtek sound device, no firewall on my conputer, but i'm connected with a router.</p><p>Thank you for your help.</p>

<p>No, that's not the problem.</p><p>I'm not disconnected from the game, only from the audio chat.</p><p>I play and speak with mates, when suddenly i'm diconnected from audio chat, with a message "you are connected (to the audio) with another player". The fact is... i am not loggued with another player. So it's a bug...</p><p>And if i am connected to audio chat, but nobody speak i have no problem. I have only this problem when people speak (disconnected every 5 - 10 sec so it's impossible to use audio chat...)</p>

<p>If it is not a router issue then we will probably need you to post some connection tests as explained in this thread:</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=422516" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=422516</a></p><p>Basically it sounds like you're dropping connection due to latency problem.  Then the game automatically tries to reconnect but your character hasn't fully logged out of the chat yet.</p>
