Can't see alt characters on EQ2 players or Launch main window

<p>They do show up in the selection box on the left hand side of the launchpad, and in-game.</p><p>I'm not able to see any of my alt characters in the EQ2 players Profile->Alts section .</p><p>I am paying the exrta fee for the character services</p>
