problems connecting to launchpad

<p>today 10/15/09 i stared having issues trying to log in to my eq2 accounts. when i launch eq2 it will not connect to the game and i get the cannot connect to eq2 server yada yada yada try again in a few minutes. well 5 hours seems to be a lil more than a few minutes and i still could not connect. my internet runs fine so i know that is not the issue and i can launch the game from the eq2.exe thingy, please excuse my lack computer knowledge. i looked at my firewall and that as well was not the issue. i talked with some guildies and someone mentioned that i should just reinstall the whole game. is there something im overlooking or is that the best thing to do even though it is gonna be a royal in the you know what?</p>
