Client error going from windowed to fullscreen mode

<p>I haven't played EQ2 for a while, but now I'm back I am having a weird issue with the game.  The game started up in windowed mode, and when I press ALT+ENTER to get it to full screen mode, the screen goes black for a few seconds, comes back on, and then I get a windows pop up saying that the EQ2 Clients experienced an error and has to close.  It does it whether I am logging in as a character, or the character select screen, whenever really.  In the error report it says</p><p>AppName: everquest2.exe     AppVer: 1.0.0.1     ModName: unknownModVer: 0.0.0.0     Offset: 050473e7</p><p>Don't know if that helps at all.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Does it do this if you switch to full screen through the normal method as well, or only when you use Alt + Enter?  If you haven't tried through the normal method then please open the options menu, expand the performance section, and then select the full screen checkbox.  If the problem persists when using that method then we'll probably need to collect your DXdiag information to locate the cause.</p>
