Can't log in pass my acc and password info

<p>Hello . I reinstalled my game after a 8 month break from playing eq2 .  I put my password and acc name in and hit play and the screen goes black like  its about to load the game but once it does that i get booted back to my desktop. I can't get to my char's .. Anyone know why it's doing that ???</p>
