<p>Whats the situation on the memory useage problem now?</p><p>I have not played since the day after the patch because the game ran so badly for me. I can see a hotfix went in from the forums here but I cant find many players feedback on wether or not things have improved.We went from getting 30 fps in south qeynos guild hall to 5 fps overnight.</p><p>Mine and my wifes accounts have lapsed and to be honest I dont want to resub until the game is fixed.</p><p>Many thanks</p><p>Also I was nosing through my main eq2 folder and found a text document with this inside called "memleaks"</p><p>Application name: C:Program FilesSonyEverQuest IIEQ2Settings.exeunknown(0x004AB7C7) : 00DB1720 memory leak, 19 bytesunknown(0x004AB7D7) : 00DB1750 memory leak, 19 bytesunknown(0x004AB7E7) : 00DB1780 memory leak, 19 bytes</p><p>?????</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>The recent hotfix has lowered the amount of memory used by the game and has increased performance for most people.  You can find more information about the issue in the following thread:</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=459319" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=459319</a></p><p>If you wish to check on your performance level then you can contact me though PM, or contact one of our standard support lines.  We might be able to add a day or two of free time so that you can see how much your performance has improved.  Let us know if you have any questions.</p>

<p>I dont have permission to send and recieve private messages for some reason so if you read this TSR-Daniel, yes i'd like  to see if things have improved for a day.</p>
