<p>last night on 10/8/09 12:30 am est i was playing the game and i had a 10 second power outage at my house , everything in my house shut off, when it came on i started my pc up and tried to log back in and now i have a hours worth of files to download ?</p><p>my question is what could cause me to loose that mutch data just from my pc shutting off wile in game like that?</p>

At worst case it a sudden power loss could corrupt the file allocation table or the boot sectors and cause even more problems. Best bet is to hit a best buy, office max or your favorite online retailer and get a UPS, this will keep your machine and monitor up on the power brownouts/loss and help prevent daamge to the machine</p>

<p>so far the only files that seem to be downloading are voice packs.</p><p>ok waiting to chat with tech support, the patcher freezes . when i resart it, it downloads all the files that i patched prior to it freezing</p>

If not, please do so. That will usually correct the issue that you are describing.</p>
