Update Failure

<p>I am unable to update and launch eq2. Launcher downloads update but fails to apply it.</p><p>I am getting following message:</p><p>There was a problem moving C:Program FilesSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_tempEverQuest2.exe_delta_8222_280.patched to C:Program FilesSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIEverQuest2.exe. Please try again. If the problem persists use the Help menu above for more info and help.</p><p>Can someone please help me with this issue?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Are you using Windows Vista or 7?  Those operating systems are the usual cause for this issue.  Follow these steps if you are using either:</p><p>1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"</p><p>Let us know if the issue persists at that point.</p>

<p>I had it set as admin. I guess update changed settings. After I set it back to run as admin it works.</p><p>Thanks a lot!!!</p>
