Greetings,

An issue with the previous patch has increased the amount of memory used by the game and that is causing crash issues for several people. The information I have read states that they are planning to release a patch tomorrow that will help to correct the problem. At this point it might be best to wait and see if that patch corrects the crashing issue. I'm hesitant to suggest a bunch of possible fixes when it could be fixed with tomorrows patch.

Any suggestions you have (other than wait until tomorrow) would be appreciated.

Select the START button.2. Select RUN, then type in "msconfig" (for Vista, type msconfig in the search bar at the bottom of the Start Menu)3. Press OK4. Select the STARTUP tab.5. In the list, uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY. If you use Windows XP, please note that SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY will not be listed - just uncheck the entire list.6. Hit apply and then OK. Restart the computer and try the game again.

The 191.07 drivers were installed yesterday.

My husband just installed version 190.62, logged into the game and "so far" no crashes. He's minimized, gone into full screen, opened another window, everything that was causing the crashes, and he's still in game.

Hopefully that fixed it. Will let you know if we experience anymore issues. Thank you.
