Transfer from a pvp to a pve server, allowed now?

<p>Ok i allways thought that you couldnt transfer chars from a PVP server to a PVE server but after recently reading thro the char transfer services on eq2players i cant find anything that says this anymore. Please correct me if im wrong, is it now viable for someone to Transfer there char/s from lets say Nagafen server (PVP) to Splitpaw server (euro pve) ??</p>
