<p><span style="font-size: small;">Beginning last night, EQ has crashed several times--including the blue screen of death.  I uninstalled the program (since I had a corrupt file that could not be fixed) and reinstalled it today.  Logged in and crashed before the program fully loaded.  Here's a copy of the crash log I have:</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></span><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></span><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></span><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></span></p><p><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><p>Product</p></span></strong><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><p>EQ2 Client Application</p></span><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><p>Problem</p></span></strong><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><p>Stopped working</p></span><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><p>Date</p></span></strong><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><p>10/4/2009 5:49 PM</p></span><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><p>Status</p></span></strong><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><p>More information available</p></span><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><p>Problem signature</p><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></font></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><p>Problem Event Name: APPCRASH</p><p>Application Name: EverQuest2.exe</p><p>Application Version: 1.0.0.1</p><p>Application Timestamp: 4ac2b2c3</p><p>Fault Module Name: EverQuest2.exe</p><p>Fault Module Version: 1.0.0.1</p><p>Fault Module Timestamp: 4ac2b2c3</p><p>Exception Code: c0000005</p><p>Exception Offset: 006347a7</p><p>OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3</p><p>Locale ID: 1033</p><p>Additional Information 1: fd00</p><p>Additional Information 2: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160</p><p>Additional Information 3: fd00</p><p>Additional Information 4: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160</p></span><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><p>Extra information about the problem</p><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="color: #0066cc; font-size: xx-small;"><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></font></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><strong><font size="1" color="#0066cc"></font></strong></strong></span><span style="font-size: xx-small;"><p>Bucket ID: 1492293367</p><p><span style="font-size: small;">Any help and suggestions would be appericated--btw I played fine Tues night with no problems and didn't log until yesterday.</span></p></span></strong></strong></p>

<p>A c00000005 error normally points at a corrupt or out of date driver. A dxdiag would help, or the text from the blue screen crash, it will point at what driver is having a issue</p>
