Monk Heal nurf after LU?

<p>I have noticed a huge differance in the monk heal. I have heard the same from bruisers and their heal. Solo with no plus to heals. Monk Mend at master 1 heals from roughly 40 to 50%.... Yet on a high heal at 14180 it heals for roughly 4900 and some change. or 35% of max hp. Thats on a relatively high end.</p><p>The only thing i can come up with is that the heal has been nurfed to heal for base hp without racial, AA, or even gear % Hitpoint increasers.....</p><p>Can anyone else confirm or deny this...?</p>

<p>Lol thank you .</p><p>I just got enough AA to put into reducing the recast for soloing out quests FOR aa and noticed it lol....</p>

Wow thanks... I was noticing this as well... my heal used to get me from 48% to 98% butnow has been getting me from 48% to 82%... not the jump I was hoping for specially when killing hard stuff.
