Shineys problem with this zone

<p>The first time i did this zone, the shineys spawned properly, you could harvest them. None of us finished any of the collections, but we figured no problem, after the persistant instance went away we could try again.</p><p>Nope.</p><p>Shineys just won't spawn since we finished once. Is this as intended? If so, how do you expect anyone to finish the collection quests?</p>

<p>I"m going ot guess SOL. I haven't yet gone back in a seocnd time to check, did you kill a named? It's my udnerstanding they don't spawn until a named is killed.</p>

<p>Shard of Love?</p><p>The shinies only pop once one of the named mobs die, thus causing a lockout to the zone.</p>

<p>Been there 3 times now , as long as you kill mobs and/or named (never sure which)  they start spawning..</p><p>I'm assuming it's to stop FD farming by monks/bruisers etc...</p>
