My quest icons are missing.

<p>Well my icons above NPC's heads the floating feathers for new quests and the floating red books for the turn ins are missing. I have clicked show quest icons above NPCs in the options tab and still no luck im running eq2maps thats the only add-on I have. so any ideas?</p>
