It is now September 26th and I have been informed via the Launcher upon attempting to log-in that I no longer have a subscription. I received no e-mail to correspond with this early cut-off of my sub. The subs are for 30 - days of use, so my question is, why has it ended prematurely? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I could log in just fine yesterday evening. The only thing I can think of is that my Debit Card recently expired, I got a new one, and have since entered the new information in to my account info. However it still states I have no activ sub. So am I to be charged twice for one months play? That seems a little underhanded and devious monetary practice to me. All I want is my sub to continue to last for the last few days I paid for.
