<p>At first everything was fine then my monitor would start flashing not optimum mode 1920X1200 60hz "using samsung 2443BW"  Got past that after a few hours.</p><p>Now I log in and I can see the writing in chat ect but the whole viewing screen is super black can barely make out my own toon. It will hang there for a bit then it boots me out saying resolutions changed and it shuts off crossfire and boots me out.</p><p>using 4800+ dual core</p><p>OCZ gamers elite ram 2gb</p><p>Ati radeon 1900xtx 500mb</p><p>ati radeon 1900 crossfire 500mb</p><p>Only run itno problems in EQ2</p><p>Vid cards running at about 50c</p><p>all fans up and running and rig is cool</p><p>Besides EQ updates nothing has changed tried repatching and even system restore but nothing seems to be working</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>This is a known issue at the moment.  Some people have been able to correct it by updating video card drivers, so it may be worth trying that first.  If that doesn't work then you can work around the issue by turning off complex shaders in game.  That option can be accessed at Options > Video > Performance.  Move the slider for complex shaders all the way to the left and it should elimininate the black textures.</p>

<p>Yeah I managed to get around it with another driver but the driver wiped out my control panel =( and couldn't try turning down the complex shaders as couldn't see in game and would get booted after about 20 seconds.</p><p>I can finally play again but not am getting the memory error after almost every zone e.g was in Guild hall when i logged in went to Commonlands then Tomb of the mad crusader and got memory error before we hit Thet. Logged back in went to GH then Nek forest booted again log back in to Nek zone to SoH then back to Gh and booted again.</p>
