<p>I've got two accounts for this game.  One of which I already have resubscribed using my debit card, but when I try to add that as a payment option for this account, it gives me an error and will not let me.  I know it works, and Station already accepted it once before.  Why is it not accepting it again?  (I'm getting the Error 104 thing so many people are having problems with)</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Sadly, there isn't much we can do about the PT104 errors at the moment.  Let me explain why you are receiving it, though.</p><p>The law regarding credit card transactions was changed this year to eliminate $1 pre-auth charges.  Because of this new law, we were required to switch to a $0 authorization system by the end of July, which we did.  The problem is occurring because banks are not required to use the new system until the end of October.
