Freezing when zoning to LFay [Archive] - EQ2 Forum Archive @ EQ2Wire

I tried a few days ago to zone into Lfay on an alt, it stuck on loading and then my entire pc froze, I had to do a hard restart. I blew it off, thinking it was my pc, and logged in another toon. Then today I tried to zone in my main to LFay and hte same thing happened. Now, trying to log in either toon, it sticks on loading and freezes everything.what can I do about this?

I have not crashed while in my Guild Hall or house, its not in other zones, its only while zoning into LFay. I had one toon zone in all the way, and the zone seemed bugged, you could see through the ground and such, then froze.I started to run a file scan and it stopped on exp03_rgn_lesser_faydark.vpk, the first time I let it sit and it crashed to a blue screen, the second time it froze the entire pc like what happened when zoning into lfay.

The 190 series drivers seem to have problems for one, Try downgrading them to at least 185's for starters. I don't exactly know your whole details, but go <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=456342" target="_blank">here</a> to see my posts on the freezing. I hope you don't have to go as far as I did looking at it for GFay as you seem to be having with LFay.
