Who are the NEW Steel Warriors?

<p>If i remember correctly the original Steel Warriors were the warriors guild.. of... Freeport maybe?.. eh tbh its eq1 and i dont remember it that well.</p>

<p>Aye, they were Freeports warrior guild, and were feircely opposed to Sir Lucan and the militia at the time.</p>

<p>The Steel Warriors had two branches of the same guild: Qeynos and Freeport. Neither one really had too many ideological differences from each other. Both ran the arena in both cities, and generally remained pretty neutral all in all. The Qeynos branch worked with the city guard, but as Uzrok mentioned, the Freeport branch were opposed to Lucan's rule.</p>

<p>The old <a href="http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/faction.html?faction=34" target="_blank">steel warriors</a> were mostly mercenaries who help out the Coalition of Trade folk and fight the deathfist and they really hate the Dismal rage (and anyone deceitful and untrue). They're big lovers of Zek, being warriors!, and are slightly allied to the <a href="http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/faction.html?faction=26" target="_blank">knights of truth</a> and the other goodly guilds of freeport and antonica. They should have been the ones to take control of freeport during the war of tears but instead lucan had other plans and that's when his evil militia came about. Their leaders were Warlord <a href="http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=1172" target="_blank">Cain Darkmoore</a> and Warlord <a href="http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=2883" target="_blank">Ebon Strongbear</a>.</p>
