AB Screwed up...again. second night in a row...

<p>ok so i finaly get back in....go to invite my BF....then unrecoverable error....then i log back in says server is down, then up....then couldnt find my character.(only 4 were listed at that time, not all of them)....trying to get back in....2 times in a rool cant find my character.</p>

<p>i realize this is a major issue...but it really saddens me i love this game. and i love to play it with my bf. we have so much fun exploring the new things, and want to do it together. and it seems the same servers have the same issues over and over. is there any chance of SOE offering those of us on the affected servers a way off of it?</p>

<p>I generally do not come to the forums to whine and complain but this is getting very annoying, night after night of server crashes. There was ample time to plan and prepare for this game update, especially now that we are on a almost quarterly schedule. How was this overlooked?</p>

<p>Loaded into SoL and waited for my girlfriend to zone over, she was hung up on the 'recieving zone info' screen for 20 minutes and then the server went down.  ...Same as yesterday.</p>

I wanted to have fun tonight.</p><p>Giving us bonus XP for our trouble is pretty silly, especially considering the major load will happen this weekend. Server down, 2nd night in a row and the answer to the problem is really wait and it will fix itself? Couple days and the problem should fix itself huh? So ill just tell our entire raid force to come back in a couple days?? Doesn't make sense to me.</p>

<p>And if we dare to complain we're told that we're being "abusive" and then threads are locked.  Nice way to treat your customers, SOE.  I'm sorry if you don't want to hear it but we pay for this service and have every right to complain about it being messed up two days in a row.</p><p>I've worked customer service and if I were to tell customers not to complain to me unless they can do it nicely I would have been out of those jobs pretty fast.</p>

<p>I totally thought I somehow deleted all my characters. so in a way im glad it was just the server. However. AAAArrrrrgggggggggg!!! I want to play.
