<p>The login servers are up and operational according to my information.  Have you restarted your modem and computer since the recent patch?  If not, do so now.</p><p>Assuming that did not correct the issue then a firewall or router would be the most likely culprits.  If you are using a router then please try bypassing it at this point so that you are plugged directly into the modem.  Then try logging into the game again and see if the problem persists.  If that corrects the problem then we will need to get that router set up for port forwarding</p><p>If the issue is still occurring at that point then please respond so that we can try other steps.</p>
